A native of Montana, Julie has lived in a few States and is well versed herself in home buying and selling. After working her way through the ranks at Braemar Construction from front office to all components of new construction. She easily evolved into a lead real estate agent at the formation of Shipp Group. As a co-owner and Lead Agent she heads the team with training, growth and production. Whatever the aspect of the business she has years of experience and the best resources to help you with any of your needs. She thrives on building lasting relationships with all her clients. 

After living abroad and Stateside, Lisa settled in Elko 12 years ago with her family. Working her way through the various positions at Koinonia Construction she got her real estate license and then her Broker Salesperson License. She is a great resource for all new construction products and is the Design and Sales Director for Koinonia Construction, owned by her husband Luke. She loves getting to know her clients and assisting them through all facets of the new construction, purchase or resale process. She assists the team in formulating long term projects in land development, commercial and our business pillars. When not at the office she sits on the board for Community in Schools or North Eastern Nevada at a local and State level. She loves how real estate allows her to leverage her local partnerships and give back to her community. 

Lydia is a native Nevadan. She was raised in Eureka and settled in Elko with her husband and 2 girls. She is beloved by her clients and really enjoys helping them through what can sometimes be an anxious process when buying or selling a home. She takes great care at every step to have clear and consistent communication with all parties to a transaction. Whatever your needs you will have a great ally with her as your agent. When not working in real estate Lydia spends quality time with friends, family and working out at her home cross fit gym.
